Today was tough to find opportuntites to trade. So only a couple of trades to discuss.
TS (gap up)
After gap up, the price retraced to form a swing low still above yesterday's high. Then it trends up to the OR high. Candle 6 moves above the OR and prints green with longish wick. So we wait to see what happens next. The 7th is a NR7 which stays above the OR . This is our trigger.
Entry: 48.99 Stop:48.75
Fib Ext: 49.95
1R=49.23 2R=49.47 3R=49.71
The price rose nicely, but then stalled. Closed as a scratch trade since the stop was moved to breakeven after 1R was reached.
LOGI (gap up)
After gap up, the price trended up well. to form a swing low still above yesterday's high. The 4th breaks above the OR and holds. This is our trigger. (Ignore candle 5 tail as it was a bad print).
Entry: 25.78 Stop:25.55
Fib Ext: 26.25
1R=26.01 2R=26.24 3R=26.47
