TE (gap up)
The first candle is very bullish and is followed by sideways action in upper 1/3rd of the OR until we reach support at the ema. The 5th is a bullish green hammer, off the ema and the decade $20 level also close by. This is our long trigger.
Entry: 20.30 Stop: 20.07
Fib Ext: 20.59
1R=20.53 2R=20.76 3R=20.99
The price rises nicely after entry and we take partial profits at the Fib Ext (1R). The rest is closed at end of day for 2R gain.
AU (gap down)
After gap down we trend down past the OR and then have a sideways pullback with the ema acting as resistance. The 7th is a bearish red candle with wick off ema and it closes weak itself. This is our short trigger.
Entry: 35.96 Stop: 36.19
Fib Ext: 35.67
1R=35.73 2R=35.50 3R=35.27
The price falls nicely after entry and we take partial profits at Fib Ext (around 1R) and then the rest is closed at end of day for around 2R.
