Although the first candle was red, we then had an uptrend with green candles. This along with my view that market was looking strong was reason for long entry after the 5th candle and after the previous day's low had been breached.
Entry: 23.48 Stop: 23.10
Unfortunately it didn't work out and we were stopped out for a loss. In hindsight perhaps not the best pattern. Also perhaps a bit guilty of forcing a trade when nothing else was setting up.
Anyway, no other trades today. Tomorrow is only a half-day so not sure if I will trade or not. So in case not > Merry Christmas to all readers and I hope you have a nice holiday.
