I was using a new version of IB today and had some problems with my API excel spreadsheet. That is why there is a DIA trade on there for -8c. I executed it by mistake, so closed it once I found out.

Yes, IB provide an API route into their TWS application via Excel, C++, Java, ActiveX etc.
