Hope you find my blog useful and instructive.

I set up this blog at start of 2008 to keep a kind of journal of how I am doing with my trading and to try to improve my discipline.

Over the years my style of trading as evolved and I will write some more on this so that it is up to date as of November 2014.

The main section in middle will contain my charts and trades for the current day. I will try to post on each day that I trade.

The right hand section contains details on how I trade, setups, which instruments, my performance records etc, so feel free to have a browse around.
