NXY (gap down)

Bearish first then sideways consolidation at the lows. The 5th is bearish and OR breakout and closes weak. This is our short trigger. Looked good for a while but then came back strongly to stop out for a loss.

AMT (move thru prev day low)

Bearish first then further wakenss before retrace. The 3rd is inside bar NR3 pullback off whole number and is our short trigger. Looked good after next candle, but just didn't have enough to get to 1R. Came back strong and stopped out for a loss.

YGE (gap down)

Red bearish first then trending down past OR low. The 6th is green spinning top NR7 off ema and OR low and is our short trigger. Looked good after the next candle, but then it never followed thru and came back to stop out for a loss.

ECA (move up thru prev day high)

Strong initial price action then retrace to 50% fib (open to high). The 7th is bullish retake of the OR and closes strong. This is our long trigger. maybe not the best setup due to upper tails on prev candles. Anyway stopped out for loss.

SRE (move down thru prev day low)

Bearish first then retrace to OR with bearish upper tails. The 5th is weak red closing near it's lows and is our short trigger. Chopped around for most of day before falling into last session. Closed near end of day at whole number (around 1R).

Won't be trading tomorrow. So catch you on Friday.

Bearish first then shallow retrace to ema resistance. The 6th is NR7 doji off ema and two bar whole number resistance. This is our short trigger. Closed partial at 1R as we got to OR low then closed rest at end of day at 2R.

Bullish first and trending up. Then sideways pullback to ema support. The 7th is long tail bullish candle and is our long trigger. Didn't really do much for rest of day, but market was strong so worth holding on to. Closed in last session as it got to 1R.

No other trades for me today. I liked AEM as a long but missed the setup and it took off without me. Hope you had a good day.

Bullish first then retrace back into OR. But still showing strength as it catches support of ema. The 8th is NR bar after bullish hanging man doji 7th and is our long trigger. Closed partial as it got near the whole number (around 1.5R) then rest came back to stop at breakeven.

Gap down then retrace to OR. The 6th is bearish red closing weak below the OR. This is our short trigger. Closed partial at 1R near Fib Ext and rest came back to breakeven.

BHI (gap down)

Bearish first then retracement back to OR. The 6th is NR3 pullback off ema and closing weak past the OR low. Didn't really do much after entry as it chopped sideways and almost stopped out. Closed partial near whole number as it fell in last session then rest came back to breakeven.

Couldn't find other trades today. There were plenty of stocks in the red, but the heavy falls in first 30mins don't really suit my strategy as most of the move has already happened and the Fib Ext hit. Hope you did well today.

Trend down past Or low then pullback to ema. The 7th is bearish NR7 off ema and our short trigger. Closed partial at 1R then rest came back to breakeven.

IP (gap down)

OR break on 4th then retrace to OR to test it as resistance. The 8th is our short trigger. Didn't work out as planned as we got stopped for a loss.

ALV (gap up)

Gap up then trend up past OR and retaining OR high as support. The 7th is green off OR high and ema and is our long trigger. Closed partial at 1R near fib ext and left rest to run. This was closed in last session as we got past the $1 gain and up to the 2R level.

GCI (gap down)

Gap down and bearish first. Despite the bullish 2nd the subsequent candles continue to show weakness. The 5th is bearish upper tail off OR low and ema and is our short trigger. Looked good initially as it moved down, but just didn't have the legs to get to 1R. Then it reversed and came back to stop out for a loss.
